Budri Classic
The tradition of coloured marble inlay dates back to the times of ancient Rome. Marble was used extensively in urban architecture and construction in 1st-century A.D. Italy and throughout the provinces of the Roman Empire. Italian Marbles Inlays and Mosaics are to be found everywhere and their lasting influence remains. Budri started out with this heritage, and has since added to it its expert knowledge of stone-processing techniques and its own compositional flair, thus turning it into a craft business. Each project submitted to us is a challenge in terms of accomplishment, for example, the ability to lend material substance to an idea or to a design or to a poetic image in quick lead times, thanks to the choice of materials and the help of modern technology which aid the manual skills of our craftsmen. And so the history of artistic marbles inlays, borders and mosaics lives on; and as they did many millennia ago, natural stone and its captivating colours can expect a new spirit of interpretation, fresh creativity and the expert hands of those who know how to bring out its beauty.
